Here's to an Active Summer

I've adopted a lifestyle of sitting behind the computer more than 10 hours every day for the past year. Needless to say my clothes are beginning to feel a little snug. So instead of complaining, I have to make some changes.

My goal is to develop the habit of working out 7 days a week by being more active throughout the day and hopefully I'll lose weight too. My first goal is to lose 15 lbs. I'll be joining the Summer 15 tracking contest which starts June 15th. I plan to start with short & sweet workouts daily using the 10-minute Solution DVD series I bought recently and getting off my butt, away from the computer to enjoy the weather outside every now and again.
